We started this small business in memory of our darling Mimi who sadly departed 2 years ago. Mimi will be forever be in our thoughts, throughout our journey as we continue to grow as a business. All items available via the website has a sizing guide for you to refer to before making a purchase. Please note that each item may vary in size so please measure your pooch before purchase. We would recommend that you measure your pets neck, chest (around the chest behind the front paws) and also the body length.
Mimi's Pet Boutique is not liable for any lost or stolen packages. We are only responsible for packages when they are in our care. Once they are received by Royal Mail, we do not accept responsibility for the fault of a non-delivery. We do not issue any goodwill gestures for packages that are confirmed as being delivered. If you are experiencing a non-delivery please contact your local post office. We would recommend that high value items are sent via recorded / special delivery which will be at an increased postage fee to the standard first class fee and should be confirmed when placing an order.
For pre-order items please allow 10-40 business days for delivery. If you need to pre-order an items this would suggest the item is in high demand. We always appreciate your patience and custom. During busy times of the year (Christmas) our packages may take longer to arrive. Unfortunately, this is not something we can control or manage directly, so please understand this can increase the number of business days your order will arrive within.
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Unfortunately we can not be held responsible if you order an incorrect size or item. We do add a sizing guide on all items available to purchase. therefore we ask for everyone to measure before purchasing via our live Facebook shows. ** Please measure accordingly before you place an order to avoid disappointment **
As we are a small independent business, we can not always guarantee to have the item & size you are wanting to exchange the item for.
We can not accept returns or provide refunds for pre-ordered items, sale items or seasonal stock (Christmas etc.)
Please contact us in the first instance to confirm if we can offer an exchange for your order before retuning any items. Please also enclose a notes to confirm the reason for the return and what items you would like to exchange this for.
